Workspaces and members
A workspace is the tenancy boundary — nothing crosses it, ever.

| Owner | Everything, incl. workspace settings, roles, deletion |
| Admin | Manage members, terminology, cycles, attachments; all member powers |
| Member | Create/edit work, comment, plan cycles |
| Guest | Read what’s shared; no editing, uploads, or roadmap |
Inviting
Section titled “Inviting”Settings → Members → invite by email. Existing accounts join on accepting the emailed link; new people sign up through it. Revoking a member takes effect immediately — in-flight sessions lose access on their next request.
Renaming things
Section titled “Renaming things”The workspace name is Settings → General. The nouns (Task/Story, Cycle/Sprint…) are Terminology.
