The workspace home answers “what needs me?” before anything else.

1. Callout — one line with strict precedence: overdue items → due today → unread notifications → “You’re clear — plan something.” It links straight to the surface that resolves it.
2. Act now — Overdue and Due soon cards from your assigned work.
3. Your day — My open work and Inbox previews.
4. Ambient — active projects, current cycles with progress bars, and the roadmap summary.

Every card links into the real surface; the dashboard itself is read-only and composes existing data — nothing here is a separate report to maintain.
