Projects — list and board

A project owns work items, workflow states, cycles, and saved views. Its key (e.g. SKY) mints item identifiers (SKY-42) that never change.

Items group by workflow state (workflow order), each group with a count, collapse toggle, and a pinned quick-add that creates directly in that state. Group: none flattens the list. The estimate column sits at the right edge.

  • Filters (search, state, assignee, priority, due, cycle) live in the URL — shareable and identical on the board. Saved views store filter sets per project.
  • Bulk edit: select rows via checkbox, shift-click ranges, or keyboard X; the bulk bar applies state/assignee/priority per item. Partial failures report “n of m failed” with Retry failed. Esc clears the selection.

Columns are the project’s workflow states. Drag cards between columns, or use each card’s Move menu — drag is never the only way. Cards quick-edit assignee, priority, and due presets from the Edit menu, and every column ends with a quick-create composer (Enter keeps it open for rapid entry, Esc closes).

Keyboard: J/K walk cards, Enter opens the pane, E opens quick-edit.

Quick-add rows (list groups, board columns, the global composer at the list’s foot), the C-style global create in the topbar, or CSV import from the project toolbar (preview → all-or-nothing import). Export CSV from the same toolbar.
